Having invested in the İstanbul Financial Center project, a regional financial hub to be in İstanbul, TWF owns 46 real estates in its portfolio across Türkiye.

Having an area of about 1.3 million square meters of usable space, 465,000 square metres of the project was taken over in September 2019 at a cost of TRY 1.67 billion including the project, earthwork, land costs and completed construction costs. The legislative process of the project, initiated with the aim of positioning Istanbul as the financial center for the region, has been completed as of July 2023.
