TWF buys EBRD's 10 per cent stake in Borsa Istanbul

The Türkiye Wealth Fund purchased a 10 per cent stake in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) shares today, increasing our share in Borsa Istanbul to 90.60 per cent, in line with the disclosures we had shared with the public in recent months.

We aim to ensure that this very valuable institution in Türkiye is a regional leader within the scope of our Istanbul Finance Center strategy by increasing our share and representation power in the Borsa Istanbul, in an expression of our belief in its potential and future.

We would like to thank the EBRD, which believes in Türkiye and adds value to the Borsa Istanbul.
