Bids received for National Lottery games

The open bidding process has been completed for a 10-year service purchase contract based on revenue sharing for the organization of the Turkey Wealth Fund's National Lottery games. Sisal - Şans Joint Venture submitted the best offer on a net present value basis with a minimum turnover commitment of TRY9.3 billion for 2020 and a commission rate of 9.5 %, including dealer commissions.

The net present value of the 10-year turnover undertaken by the Sisal - Şans Joint Venture was determined as TRY 28.1 billion in the process of receiving the bids, to determine which bidder would provide maximum benefit to the public.

Şans Digital and Interactive Services Teknoloji Yatırım A.Ş. has a 51% participation in the Sisal - Şans Joint Venture Group and the Italian Sisal S.p.A. has a 49% participation.

In the evaluation process, net present value, minimum turnover commitment and commission rates of the operator over this, in addition to the participants’ experience in the field of games of chance and their financial and technical qualifications were taken into account.

In the process carried out by Turkey Wealth Fund, bids were received from Doğan - Intralot Joint Venture Group, SAZKA Group a.s. and IGT Austria GmbH.

The process will be completed with the signing of the related service purchase agreement between Turkey Wealth Fund Management and Sisal - Şans Joint Venture Group and the announcement will be made to the public.
